Debating academic boycotts and cooperation in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine

This forum is a contribution to debates over the (im)possibility of cooperating with Russian academic community while Russia’s war against Ukraine continues. After briefly reviewing previous studies on effectiveness and morality sanctions, continues assess politics boycott in changing belligerent behaviour regime.
